    Description

    Up for sale is a wonderful pair of vintage Gerda Christoffersen framed prints/drawings of Southwest children/girls.  The work has a slightly "grainy" look on the main colored sections.  Each is framed and matted under glass.   There is some wear/scratches to the frames.  The colors are shades of browns and earth tones that remind me of the Southwest.   The frames measure 10.25" x 11" and the matted openings of the artwork measure approx. 5.25" x 6".  Both are signed in the lower right-hand corner.  One features a young girl with a painted pot on her head, white headscarf, tunic, bead necklace, and pants.  The other shows a young girl peeking from behind a large white wrap.  She has dark braided hair.  Both depict Southwest backdrops of mountains and desert plants.  Thanks for looking and email any questions.
