AUCTION PAYMENTS:
All auction payments are due no more than 4 days after the auction closes, unless other arrangements are made.  It's easy to contact me and let me know that you are bidding on more auctions or would like other arrangements.  I'm sorry to have to put this in here, but some are winning and not paying.  If you are winning auctions, I will normally wait until you ask for an invoice.  However, if 4 days pass and you have not won another auction, I will send a courtesy invoice and will ask for remittance within 48 hours.  If I do not receive payment, I will open an Unpaid Item case with Ebay.  This could adversely affect your Ebay status.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Shipping is always
FAST with USPS Ground Advantage or USPS Priority Mail, whichever is the more cost effective.

you win 2 or more auctions, please request an invoice so I can provide you with the best shipping rate.
Your order will ship no later than the "Next Business Day" after payment is received.  A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships.  Any item lost in transit (tracking does not show confirmed delivery) is our responsibility and a replacement will be sent, or a refund issued, your choice!

I ship international using the Ebay Global Shipping program.  Please note, I do not accept returns on international sales, but will offer refunds on all broken, or undelivered items.  Photographic proof of damage is required for refund payment, also tracking should indicate that the item has not been delivered AFTER 30 DAYS.  Shipping charges ARE NOT refundable.  Please be aware that delivery to certain countries could be 30 to 45 days.  Buyer is responsible for all taxes and tariffs associated with product. DAMAGED IN SHIPMENT

Any items you receive damaged in shipment must be validated with photos before I can issue a refund or replacement.  Photos must include all broken items and the damaged package (so I can submit a claim to the Post Office).  I will do my utmost to package and protect your order to the best of my ability, however, sometimes damage can occur.  In those instances, I will gladly replace your item, or refund the purchase price, your choice ... I just need proof.  Thank-you for your understanding.
LATE DELIVERIES

There are occasions when USPS doesn't meet the expected delivery date.  Should this unfortunate circumstance happen to you, please let me know.  I request that you have a little patience, because I have found that sometimes it will take 2 weeks for orders to be delivered.  I will refund the purchase price minus shipping after 2 weeks have past beyond the scheduled delivery date.  Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
