Any items you receive damaged in shipment must be validated with photos BEFORE I can issue a refund or replacement.  Photos must include all broken items and the damaged package (so I can submit a claim to the Post Office.).  I will do my utmost to package and protect your order, however, sometimes damage can occur. In those instances, I will gladly replace your broken item(s), or refund the purchase price, your choice…I just need proof.  Thank you for your understanding.
LATE DELIVERIES:
There are occasions when USPS does not meet the expected delivery date.  Should this unfortunate circumstance happen to you, please let me know.  I request that you have a little patience, because I have found that sometimes it will take 2 weeks for a package to be delivered!  I will refund the purchase price, minus shipping cost, after 2 weeks have past BEYOND the scheduled delivery date.  Thank you for your understanding and patience in this matter.
