The card shuffler is fully automatic and battery powered. 4 AA batteries(1.5V) have been full load shuffled continuously for more than 2 to 3 hour, may cause slow or no shuffling. But it is not a quality issue. Please prepare more spare batteries according to the actual condition based on your frequency of use and battery consumption.
Flat cards (new cards) work great; Bending cards (old cards) may be not work. If you find that it does not work after using the shuffler for a period of time, please check whether the card is bent or deformed. As long as the card is kept flat and the middle part of the card can contact the gear well, the card can be shuffled normally.
