Deer" Kachina Doll
Appliqué
- Machine Embroidered - for Art, Decor and/or Fashion
This is a large version of much smaller kachina figures that we appliquéd on sweaters in my parents' store "The Monogram Shop" on 5th Ave in Scottsdale, Arizona during the 1960s-70s. They were made by Cactus Wren Embroidery (not Native.)
Size: 16 inches tall x 7 inches wide
I think this model is a type of Deer Kachina. It can be applied to jackets, denim shirts, cloth to make a picture or wall hanging, or other decor items.
Condition: Very good, unused; it has been carefully stored since the 1960s-70s, no tears, stains or odors.
