Derksen Cabin - Excellent Condition - 120sqft with 4ft porch

Description

Derksen Cabin (interior 10 x 12ft interior plus 4ft porch) in excellent condition. I purchased the building in July 2020 new from Derksen in Amarillo and simply have no need of it any longer. Since being purchased, it is also furnished with flooring, wall paneling, and insulation in walls and ceiling. It includes three 2x3ft windows and a fourth window in the door. It is a urethane cabin with a metal roof with exterior walls measuring 8ft. It was lightly lived in for only about 4 months and has otherwise been well kept and vacant. It is in excellent condition and interior additions (as noted above) can easily be changed if desired. There is no damage or signs of wear on the cabin.
Unfortunately, I am unable to provide delivery myself so
self-pickup
is required. It was delivered on a truck trailer so no large equipment is needed for movement, only something to help lift the cabin onto a trailer. It has 'skis' on the bottom which allow it to be dragged and moved easily.
