Duro Amarr Door Features
RACKETS:
Steel with powder coating to match curtain. Bolt to guide assembly and support counter-balance shaft and curtain.
COUNTER-BALANCE ASSEMBLY:
Steel shaft supports curtain and contains 50K cycle oil tempered torsion springs
HOOD:
Galvanized steel with polyester enamel finish matching curtain. Encloses the curtain and provides fire resistance at the head of the door.
STANDARD CURTAIN:
Standard curtain is made of galvanized steel interlocking roll-formed slats with polyester enamel finish. Cast iron endlocks are riveted to the ends of alternate slats to maintain alignment and prevent wear.
INSULATED CURTAIN:
Insulated option is made of double interlocking steel skins roll-formed slats with polyester enamel finish filled with mineral wool insulation. Flame spread and smoke development index factors are zero as tested per ASTME 84. Cast iron endlock/windlocks are riveted to the ends of alternate slats to maintain alignment, lock curtain into guides and prevent wear.
STRUCTURAL STEEL GUIDES:
Structural steel with powder coat finish to match the curtain.
BOTTOM BAR:
Structural steel angles powder coated to match the curtain. Lock mechanisms available.
USAGE:
Constructed for usage of up to 20 cycles per day. For more than 20 cycles a day or 50,000 lifetime, high performance door options are available.

High Quality  Arch Buildings by Duro Steel
Duro Span hut is  defined as any self-supporting structure, usually in an "arch" or  curved shape. There are no interior posts, trusses or support  beams of any kind. The exterior sheeting is the building. To  assemble an Duro Span building, you first layout each individual  section of the arch on the ground (each section is usually no  bigger then 8-12 feet long (3-4 meters).
You bolt all the  sections together to make the first arch. You pull up the  assembled arch and attach it to its foundation. Each additional  section is assembled in the same manor and attached to the other  standing arches. Each arch is usually about 2 feet wide (1/2  meter). To make the building longer, just add more arches. There  is no limit as to how long this building can be. End walls may be  provided by the manufacturer, or you can build your own. Unique to  the Duro Span arch type steel building is you can leave one or  both ends completely open without losing the integrity of the  structure.
