Construction and finishes:
The shell can be erected in 1 to 2 days with 2 people using screw gun and level; some construction knowledge would be helpful but not required

Kit includes complete list of materials (Lowe's or Home Depot's) to complete exterior + AC
Our tiny home shell is made per custom order and takes approximately 4-6 weeks for manufacturing and delivery from the date of purchase.
SIP Kit Homes backyard tiny office is designed for professionals who work from home or for someone looking for additional space. The SIP floor design allows the unit to be placed directly on ground with pressure treated sleepers. The shell is finished with paint applied directly to panels for exterior walls, interior walls and roof. Shell is designed to accommodate any other or future exterior/interior finishes and roofing material.
