here’s a nice jbl 2441 2” driver.
serial #11241
looks like a replacement diaphragm,
measures 7.4 ohms.
i’d replace the felt/foam/wool on the inside cover.
it’s on the verge of disintegration.
doesn’t fall apart when touched but does compress.
this has signs of use with paint and scuffs.
original paint and condition.
