3 Native American Indian Art Feathers, Hand Painted Feathers from the 2012 Southwest Native American Indian Arts Show at the Clark County Museum in Las Vegas Nevada.
The artists at the Clark County Museum Invitational Southwest Native American Arts Festival had to provide tribal registration documents to participate, so these are Native American Indian items.  But I do not remember the name of the artist who made these.
The feather vanes are hand painted with various vignettes:  Corn, Feather, and Basket motif, Eagle and American Flag motif, Thunderbird motif.  The feather quills (calamus) are bound in white leather and ribbon, with two leather braids attached.  The feathers are unsigned.
