    Original Oil On Canvas Native American Chief Pacific Northwest Artist Signed Velma Graves Vintage 1977.
    Wooden Frame is made in Mexico and size is 35.5" x 30". The Matted Picture size is 27.5" x 21.5". Dated 1977.
    Beautiful colors painted & signed by Shelton Washington Artist Velma Graves. Was unable to find the original title and information online on this original oil painting. The Artist was a Zonta International Artist and Fine Arts Instructor in the Pacific Northwest.
    Pre-owned in vintage good condition. Frame shows some signs of wear including scratches, scuffs, discoloration. There are two marks on the painting that do not appear to be original and possibly from age and storage. (See closeup photos)
