    Description

    In this  auction I'm offering a Plains style imitation ( Fabric fur)  otter hide breastplate  with metal backed mirrors .   The otter is 43 inches long  including tail and about 10 1/4 inches wide. 12 metal backed mirrors that are  2 1/8 inches  in dia. are attached with  leather thongs.  Near the tail is a 2 1/2 inch dia. quilled wheel.  The shell in the front is  3 inches.  The underside is lined with cotton calico.
    Note- not Native American made.
