Tiny HOUSE SHELL

Tiny House Shell. My son and I have been converting an old job trailer (can see in pics) for something to do during lockdown.  The tongue has been repaired with an I beam before I got it. The outside is complete and I have some materials for the inside, flooring, cabinets, insulation, water heater, pine trim. I have NO title. It is 165 square feet with loft. Can be a fun project to finish the inside. I do not know the rating of the trailer. I have towed it short distances, 15 miles or so. It tows nice and easy, maybe a little top heavy, so take it easy around turns. Though I think it would be fine, I would recommend having a trailer professional look at it before taking it out on any highways. Now that things are open, we just haven't had the time to continue. Many of the studs are original as well as the floor plywood. Siding, roof, windows, door are all new. Add a deck and it would make a great guest home, playhouse, vacation home at an rv park or lake.
