The price for the one listed on pictures is around 60k including everything you see on picture, shower, bed, kitchen etc, and the shipping cost is included.
It is steel structured which make it much more stronger than wood structure. The size can go between 290sqft to 590sqft, and everything is customizable. We can schedule a online consulting to finalize the layout etc.
Installation is pretty simple by just connecting the water pipes and electric socket, like how we provide utilities to RV.
